RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Heartspace Collective (Velta Pty Ltd), we take pride in delivering high-quality products packaged with care.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request an exchange or refund. Where the error is ours, we will cover the cost of return postage. In all other cases, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Hygiene & Safety In line with Australian hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any opened or used products. Please choose carefully.
Missing or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the date of postage, please contact us so we can help. At the 10-day mark, we will lodge a formal investigation with Australia Post as required by their process. If a refund is approved for a lost order, goods must be returned in new, unused condition before the refund — including your original postage cost — is processed.
