SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping — Australia

Heartspace Collective (Velta Pty Ltd) ships via Australia Post.

  • Flat rate shipping of $10 on orders under $150
  • Free shipping on orders $150 and over (wholesale accounts excluded)
  • Orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, or the next business day
  • Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for domestic destinations

Delivery timeframes are a guide only. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery speed is governed by their service. We are unable to guarantee delivery within estimated timeframes once the order has left our hands.

If you require express postage, please contact us via email before placing your order.

International Shipping

International orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Shipping rates vary by weight and destination.

Please allow 10–14 days for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to meet all importation, customs, and regulatory requirements for their country. Heartspace Collective takes no responsibility for delays or issues arising from customs processes.

Reshipping

If an order requires reshipping due to customer error, the cost of resending is the customer's responsibility. If the fault lies with Heartspace Collective, we will cover all reshipping costs.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
